information. If you accept the conditions, please place an official order
and finish payment. After finishing your flies, we will ship your parcel and send you the tracking number by email. Please be advised that we don't accept cancellation of custom order flies. |

| Cancellation | キャンセルについて | |||
| Our great service can be offered by our great customers' helps. An irresponsible
cancellation will damage our operation. In order for us to keep up our service, we cannot accept a cancel of the items we import exclusively for you. We may need a deposit of 50% of your total item price we exclusively import for your order. Please note "No refund, if you cancel". However, if the item has a damage, etc, cancellation may be accepted. We will check the items when we receive from the customs and let you know the details. You don't need a deposit for items which we stock regularly because we know those items will sell sometime even if you cancel but item which we don't stock regularly means we know they don't sell constantly. So please understand this theory. |
殆どの商品を破格で提供しているため、輸入お取り寄せ商品に対する無責任なキャンセルは当店のサービスに打撃を与えます。通常在庫品のキャンセルに関しては当店に損害は発生しないため、大きな問題になりません。しかしながら、お客様専用に輸入お取り寄せした商品のキャンセルは受けられません。 通常在庫を持たない商品の場合、半分にあたるご予約をお預かりする場合があります。「普段在庫を持たない商品＝あまり売れる見込みがない商品」であるため、少額のものであっても商品によってはご予約金を申し受けます。特に普段在庫を持たないモデルのバイスなど、キャンセル時に当店が損害を被る商品では例外なくお願いしています。万が一のキャンセルの際、ご予約金の返還はしませんので、くれぐれもご注意ください。ただし到着した商品に損傷などが見られた場合は、その限りではありません。 工業製品は細かい仕様の変更などがあります。カタログ、当店ウェブサイトの写真と違う可能性がありますので、お取り寄せご予約の場合、十分にご注意ください。お蔭様でお客様に恵まれてきたため、過去そのようなトラブルは思い当たりませんが、「イメージと違う」という類の理由のキャンセルは受けられません。 |
